We get it! Things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip, contact us immediately. We work closely with each guest and group to accommodate any changes in schedules. Our top priority is getting you out on the water.
Deposits & Balances
For trips booked at least 14 days in advance, a 50% Deposit is required to reserve your dates. For trips booked within 14 days, the full balance of your trip is due to reserve your dates. Your remaining balance is automatically billed to the card on file the day before your trip. We do not offer refunds or pro-rated rates if you decide to leave your trip early.
Bad Weather
Having a safe and memorable fishing experience is our top priority. If bad weather threatens a safe and fun fishing experience, we'll work to get you out on another day, or we may pivot and fish a different location or target different species. Calls on bad weather are up to your guide's discretion. We will be in touch before your trip if bad weather jeopardizes the experience.
Reschedules
If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. We do our best to accommodate reschedules. Your deposit will be applied to the new date, and the balance will be charged the day before the new trip date.
If You need To Cancel
You must cancel your reservation 14 days prior to your arrival date to avoid being charged in full. If you cancel at least 14 days prior to your trip, we will apply your deposit to another trip date. If you cancel within 14 days, you will be charged for the full balance of the trip. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority and we will work to get you out on the water on another date.
